Wake Forest University School of Medicine invites applicants meeting minimum screening criteria of undergraduate Biology-Chemistry-Physics-Math (BCPM) GPA of 3.2 with at least 15 BCPM undergraduate hours and MCAT total of 500 or above to submit a secondary application. Applicants who do not meet the minimum undergraduate BCPM GPA of 3.2 with at least 20 BCPM undergraduate hours but have completed at least 20 hours of post-baccalaureate or graduate BCPM coursework will be evaluated by the Sr. Associate and Assistant Deans of Admissions for consideration. It is recommended that applicants do not take the MCAT more than three times. The highest total MCAT score will be utilized. Early Decision applicants are considered and must submit their AMCAS application by August 1. Deadline to take the MCAT for Early Decision applicants is July 11, 2026. If you are unable to take the MCAT by July 11, 2026, note that you can contact us and we will move your application to our regular applicant pool and immediately allow you to apply to other medical schools. Applicants must provide either a committee letter/packet or two letters of evaluation. Recommendations are provided on our website on the type of evaluations to include based on your situation. All applicants invited to submit a secondary application are required to take the CASPer situational judgement test. To register, please visit https://acuityinsights.app/casper/
